SHIPPING POLICIES

  • RIGHT TO CANCEL

Fancy Plans Co. has the right to cancel any orders that break any portion of our store policy and/or revoke shopping privileges on www.fancyplansco.com without question. This pertains to any individuals that continually abuse the rewards program, etc. Fancy Plans Co. reserves the right to decide whether to provide an explanation as to the reasons for cancellation.

  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Current order processing is between 4-7 business days. (This applies to all orders placed after 6/18/22) Shipping windows for new releases, major product launches, and promotions are extended to 7-14 business days (no weekends). We appreciate your patience during these times as we get more orders than usual. All pre-order items will have specific shipment timeframes that will be indicated in the item listing.

Please check the shipping windows stated above and in the product listings prior to emailing Fancy Plans Co customer service regarding shipping times. If you email customer service for a shipment status update, and your order has not met the 7 business day maximum, your email will not receive a response. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow at least 72 hours for your tracking number to update and/or show movement.

  • FANCY PLANS CO. SHIPPING GUARANTEE

In a concentrated effort to deliver your products to you in a timely fashion, Fancy Plans Co. now offers a shipping guarantee. We guarantee to process and prepare your order for shipment within 5 business days**, or we'll give you a FREE Fancy Plans Co. gift card! 

*Guarantee applies only to orders with less than 50 items total. Larger orders require additional processing and are NOT covered by this guarantee.

*Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends or Federal holidays.

*If your order contains custom items that you have not provided instructions for at the time of checkout, your order is disqualified from this guarantee.

**Order to be prepared for carrier pickup within 5 business days. Please review above note regarding tracking number updates. We require that you allow all carrier at least 72 hours/3 business days for tracking number updates. 

  • WHERE IS MY STUFF?

At this time, Fancy Plans Co. uses USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS to ship packages. Please be mindful that once your order is picked up and is no longer in our possession we are unable to provide any additional info other than what is stated on the USPS/UPS tracking website. This can include unforeseen delays and interruptions within these carriers that Fancy Plans Co. is not responsible for. Keep in mind that Fancy Plans Co is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS/UPS directly for information on your tracking status or any issues/inquiries regarding postal service and package delivery. 

  • RUSH/PRIORITY PROCESSING

Fancy Plans Co. does NOT offer rush or priority processing. With the exception of pre-packaged special releases, we process orders in the order they are received. Please be aware of the shipping speed that you choose at checkout, and know that it DOES NOT affect our processing window. The typical USPS First Class package delivery window is 3-10 business days after the first acceptance scan. USPS Priority Mail ranges 2-4 business days after the first acceptance scan. UPS Ground ranges 3-10 business days after the acceptance scan. UPS Next Day is the ONLY guaranteed delivery commitment that Fancy Plans Co offers. What this means, is that USPS can (and often will) deliver your package up to 10 business days after we ship it. UPS Ground can take up to 10 business days to deliver. Please keep in mind that we have absolutely NO CONTROL over your order once it leaves our possession. With that in mind, we strongly urge you to consider utilizing the Guide Shipping Protection detailed below. If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged, and you declined the shipping protection at checkout, you are 100% responsible for contacting the carrier directly to resolve the issue. Fancy Plans Co. will NOT replace or refund any order that is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit if the customer removes Guide Shipping Protection.

  • ROUTE SHIPPING PROTECTION

Adding Route Package Protection to your order at checkout means that your order is protected against being lost, damaged, or stolen. Route Shipping Protection costs a very small amount and protects your order in the case that it is lost by the carrier, stolen, or damaged in transit. The claim process is easy and quick. If your order fits any of the above conditions, you can file your claim here: https://claims.route.com/

As of 8/22/2022,  you will notice that the shipping protection is automatically selected for you during checkout. If you de-select the option and remove this shipping protection, and your order is lost, stolen, or damaged, you will be 100% responsible for reaching out to the carrier to resolve the issue. Fancy Plans Co. will NOT replace or refund any order that is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit if the customer removes or deselects Route Shipping Protection.

  • LOST PACKAGES

If you believe your package is lost, please reach out to Route Shipping Protection here: https://claims.route.com/. If you removed Route Shipping Protection at the time of checkout, please do not reach out to Fancy Plans Co. customer service, as we will refer you to our store shipping policy and the specific carrier that transported your package. As of 8/22/2022, Fancy Plans Co. will no longer file a trace claim, nor will we issue any refund or replace any orders that are stolen, lost or damaged in transit.

  • STOLEN / DAMAGED / UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

Fancy Plans Co is not responsible for packages that are stolen from your property, damaged, tampered with, or marked as delivered once they have been accepted by USPS/UPS. It is the buyer's responsibility to contact Route Shipping Protection or USPS/UPS to resolve these issues and file a claim with the respective carrier.

  • INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Fancy Plans Co is not responsible for orders that get delivered to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to the Fancy Plans Co shop due to an insufficient/incorrect address or the package is stated by USPS/UPS as undeliverable and is returned to sender, the buyer is responsible for covering all shipping costs to have the order re-shipped. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify shipping information is correct prior to completing purchases.

  • CHANGING ADDRESSES

Self-Service Address Change: (as of 1/24/2022): We have partnered with Shopify to offer you a way to self-service an address change if necessary. Within 1 day of placing your order, you are able to change your shipping address directly from your order status page, (the page you see after you place the order) the order details page, (the page you see in your My Account when opening your order) or your order confirmation email (the email you receive to confirm that we have received your order). You have exactly 24 hours from the time that your order is placed to make any changes to the shipping address on your order. We will no longer accept or process any address change requests sent to us via email, and once the window has closed on the self-service process, you will need to reach out to the carrier to arrange a package intercept once the package is in transit. Any emails received requesting a shipping address change will be denied and automatically referred to this store policy.

Updating account info: Go to your Fancy Plans Co account, then click View Addresses. Remove any incorrect or outdated addresses. Make sure all the information in your Fancy Plans Co account and any auto-fill settings on your device and/or online payment methods are up-to-date so the correct information is used for your orders. If you have recently moved, ensure mail forwarding is set up through USPS. Please keep in mind changing your address in your account DOES NOT automatically change your address for any open orders (we DO NOT accept any address changes for pre-ordered items).

For regular orders: Address changes for regular orders are not guaranteed. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify shipping information is correct prior to completing purchases. Once an order is in the fulfillment stage or has been marked as shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping information. At that point, it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the carrier and arrange for a forwarding / package intercept service. Any associated fees/cost is the buyer’s responsibility.  

  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Fancy Plans Co does ship internationally. You will receive a shipping cost at the time of checkout. To determine your shipping rate for your specific country please add all of your items to your cart and accurately enter your shipping information. The rate will be calculated before you confirm your order. International shipping is expensive for us and we do try our best to keep it at a low cost for you. At times, the given rate may be less or more from what is calculated at checkout. A member of our team will be in contact with you if this is the case and will discuss options so that you will be able to receive your order. Fancy Plans Co., LLC is not responsible for any taxes or customs fees that you acquire within your country. Please do not contact us in regards to changing the information on the customs form. It is against the law to provide information that is not accurate on the package/parcel.  

Re-ship fees for package returns due to a failure to claim packages from customs, regardless of any situation, is the sole responsibility of the customer.

PLACING ORDERS

  • COMBINED SHIPPING

There is no combined shipping of separate orders with past, day of, or future orders. This helps make sure our team can process orders as quickly as possible. Manually combining multiple orders, especially on heavy order days, such as New Releases, etc., takes a considerable amount of time away from our team working to pack & fulfill orders.

  • CANCELING ORDERS

For regular order cancellation requests, please email customer service at CS@fancyplansco.com. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and orders cannot be canceled if they are already in fulfillment status.

For pre-orders, once a preorder has been placed it cannot be changed or canceled, so please be sure that all your shipment information is correct & you are certain about your purchase prior to completing your order.

  • COLOR VARIATIONS 

Please note that while we always attempt to accurately capture the products in listing photos, actual colors may vary from what you see on your screen. Various products with the same color names may not match exactly due to different materials being used for each particular product and the manufacturing process.

  • CART HOLDS / CHECK OUT

Our website’s software will not hold your items in your cart while you are shopping. Items in your cart are not guaranteed until you have completed your purchase & received an order confirmation. For example, during limited quantity releases, as soon as you select what you want - check out immediately as some items may sell out before your purchase is completed.  

  • DIGITAL ITEMS / PRINTABLES

Due to the nature of our digital items, we are unable to provide any refunds. Once you have purchased this item, it is made immediately available to you, and we cannot verify whether the item has been downloaded. Requests for refunds of digital items/printables will be immediately denied. This includes circumstances where the wrong size was purchased and/or duplicate purchases of the same items. Your purchase of these items indicates your agreement to these terms.

  • DISCOUNTS / COUPON CODES

We will occasionally conduct flash sales, etc. Any time we have a sale, a coupon code is provided via email and social media. You are responsible for ensuring that you enter the code at checkout. We are unable to apply any coupon codes or adjustments post-order, and we will not cancel your order so that you can place it again.

  • ORDER / SHIPPING HOLDS

We cannot hold orders to be shipped at a later date.

FANCY PLANS REWARDS / FANCY POINTS

  • FANCY PLANS REWARDS: HOW TO

Sign-up for a Fancy Plans Co account as soon as you start shopping on the website to receive Fancy Points. Points will not be awarded or transferred from past orders made as a guest or not signing in with your Fancy Plans Co account. More Fancy Points Reward information can be found on our FAQ page. 

To access the Fancy Points Rewards section, look for the icon labeled “Fancy Plans Rewards” at the bottom left corner of the home screen on the Fancy Plans Co website. On mobile devices, it will be a circle with a shopping bag icon.

In order to earn Fancy Plans Reward Points, you must have signed up for a Fancy Plans Co account, confirmed your account & Fancy Points Rewards membership, & be signed into your Fancy Plans Co. account prior to completing your order. Be sure to sign in to this account every time you place an order.

You can only receive points on current purchases, we are unable to add points for previous orders. If you check out as a guest, you will not earn points for your purchase. If you signed up for a Fancy Points Rewards account after making a purchase, you will not be awarded those points. No discounts or codes will be applied to orders after they are placed and points cannot be transferred from one account to another, this includes accounts created by the same person under different email addresses.

  • DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED PRODUCT

If you believe there is a problem with your order or a product is defective or damaged, (this does not include being damaged in transit) please contact Fancy Plans Co customer service via email immediately. All damaged/defective product must be reported within 3 days of delivery. (This does not mean 3 days of receipt. When our team verifies this window, we will use the documented delivery date provided by the carrier.) Pictures and a detailed explanation will be required. In order to qualify for a replacement, the product must be unused, unaltered, in the original packaging, and approved by Fancy Plans Co customer service in order to proceed with a replacement. 

  • RETURNS

All sales are final. Products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If you choose the wrong size and/or punch option, we are unable to offer you an exchange. Please take your time and select your preferred options carefully.

If a sticker sheet is not cut properly, a product is defective, or other circumstances that were manufacturer error we will replace (of equal or lesser value) within 3 days of receiving the product. Please contact us via email to start the replacement process. Product must be in original packaging, unused, and unaltered to qualify for a replacement. For U.S. orders only, postage will be paid to return the defective or incorrect product.
